Processing & Delivery Time:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after shipment.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 (unless otherwise stated in promotional offers).
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions:

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and detailed instructions. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products, items showing signs of wear, and personalized products cannot be returned.
